Fujairah celebrates visual creativity in the seventh session of the Photography Award
Fujairah, 8 November / WAM / His Excellency Nasser Al Yamahi, Executive Director of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, confirmed that the Fujairah Photography Award has become a global artistic platform that celebrates visual creativity and dedicates the position of the Emirate of Fujairah as a center for culture and arts.
Al Yamahi pointed out that the seventh session of the award (2024-2025) witnessed wide participation from photographers from various countries of the world, which reflects its success and continued development year after year.
The Fujairah Culture and Media Authority is preparing to hold a ceremony to crown the winners of the award under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Art House next to Fujairah Castle, in the presence of an elite group of photographers, artists, and creative people from inside and outside the country.
The award was launched on October 9, 2024, to be an artistic platform that celebrates visual creativity and supports local and international talents in the field of photography.
Following the ceremony, accompanying artistic and heritage events and exhibitions will continue from November 13 to 15, 2025 at the Art House, and its doors are open to the public daily from four in the afternoon until nine in the evening, and include specialized workshops in the world of photography presented by an elite group of image experts and professionals.
