Nominations for the ninth session of the Mohammed bin Rashid Knowledge Award are closed
DUBAI, 2nd April, 2018 (WAM) – The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation announced the closing of nominations for the ninth session of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Award, after receiving a large number of applications from various parts of the world.
His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, Secretary-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Award and Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, confirmed that the current session witnessed a distinguished qualitative level in the achievements presented and geographical and thematic diversity, which included sectors such as advanced technology, sustainability, education and scientific research.
With the closing of the nomination period, the award begins the evaluation and arbitration phase according to scientific standards under the supervision of specialized committees of international experts to select the winners who have made exceptional contributions.
The winners will be announced and honored during the Knowledge Summit 2026 in Dubai, to enhance cooperation between knowledge makers and support globally influential initiatives.
