Dubai Digital Economy supports the establishment and growth of 582 startup companies within 9 months

The Dubai Chamber for Digital Economy announced its support and contribution to establishing and expanding the businesses of 582 emerging digital companies during the first nine months of 2025.

Artificial intelligence accounted for about 21% of the specializations of the companies supported by the Chamber, while the total share of health technology and companies providing software as a service and financial technology combined reached 17%, and international companies constituted 70% of the companies supported by the Chamber during the first nine months of this year.

Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, the Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Chamber for the Digital Economy, said: “In commitment to the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, the Dubai Chamber for the Digital Economy continues its efforts aimed at consolidating Dubai’s role as a pivotal center in the global digital economy system, by developing an advanced business environment characterized by flexibility, readiness and innovation, to keep pace with rapid technological transformations and empower digital companies. From growth and the launch of Dubai towards globalization, which strengthens the emirate’s position as a premier destination for digital investments and technical talent, and a global laboratory for developing and implementing new economic solutions in the world in line with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”

Through the “Business in Dubai Support and Attraction” platform, through which the Dubai Chamber for the Digital Economy provides a package of institutional services in cooperation with a group of partners, in addition to the business matchmaking service, in order to help companies seeking to launch or expand the scope of their activities in the emirate to find partners, investors and clients appropriate to their requirements, 47% of the total companies supported by the Chamber during the first nine months of 2025 obtained business establishment services, in addition to opportunities to participate in business accelerators and incubators in Dubai, and benefited from 32% of the companies supported by the Chamber came from a variety of business support services provided by the platform.

During the first nine months of this year, the Dubai Chamber for Digital Economy launched four reports, including the Artificial Intelligence Guide for Entrepreneurs, which aims to educate entrepreneurs about the artificial intelligence tools and mechanisms they need to launch and expand their projects efficiently and effectively, in addition to a report on the “Expand North Star” exhibition, and a report on foreign direct investment destinations in the technology sectors.
