Typhoon Kalmai inflicts losses on Vietnam exceeding $296 million

Hurricane Kalmaiji caused The hurricaneand its repercussions led to the sinking or damage of (179) boats, the collapse of more than (2,300) homes, and the damage of about (57,500) other homes. The hurricane also killed or swept away (153) heads of livestock and (4,553) poultry birds, according to the authority.
