Global markets breathed a sigh of relief, on Monday, after the progress made to end the government closure, which was considered the longest in history, as stock markets recorded notable increases, while oil rose and Dollar.
Futures on the American Stock Exchange indicate a higher opening, after the Senate voted in favor of legislation ending the government shutdown, after Democrats reached an agreement with Republicans on spending projects.
