Zamalek receives the official invitation to participate in the Women’s Volleyball World Championship
Zamalek Club received the official invitation to participate in the Women’s World Volleyball Championship, scheduled to be held in Brazil at the end of this year.
The tournament organizing committee notified Zamalek Club of the date of holding the tournament from December 9 to 14 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The Women’s Club World Championship returns to Sao Paulo for the first time in 31 years, where it will gather Eight strong teams from all over the world are competing for the title of the most important club tournament.
Zamalek is participating in the tournament after being crowned African champion last season at the expense of Al-Ahly.
The following are the clubs participating in the tournament: Osasco São Cristóvão (Brazil) Host club – Prosecco Doc Imoco Vole Conegliano (Italy) – Savino del Bene Scandicci (Italy) Dentil Praia Club (Brazil) Alianza Lima (Peru) Zamalek (Egypt) Zytisso FC (Kazakhstan), and another club will be announced later.
