Pakistan holds Afghans responsible for the suicide attack in Islamabad

Accused Pakistan Afghan citizens were behind the suicide bombing that occurred in the capital, Islamabad, this week, in addition to a separate bloody attack near the border.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said during a Senate session that the suicide bomber who carried out a bombing outside courts in a residential area on Tuesday was from Afghanistan.
Pakistani response
He added: "We tracked down the perpetrators of the Islamabad bombing, and the suicide bomber was from Afghanistan"The minister told reporters in response to a question about how the government deals with Afghanistan: "A decision will be made at government level on what to do"
The Pakistani Taliban movement claimed responsibility for the bombing, the first to hit the capital in about three years, in which 12 people were killed, while 27 others were injured.
This attack raises fears of an escalation between Pakistan and Afghanistan, after violent clashes that lasted a week between the two countries last October.
