Germany allocates 150 million euros to finance the purchase of American weapons for Ukraine

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced his country’s intention to allocate about 150 million euros to finance the purchase of American weapons for Ukraine.

 

Pistorius explained, in a joint press conference held today, Friday, in Berlin with his counterparts from Britain, France, Italy, and Poland, and reported by Sky News. The British government said that these funds will be provided through the Ukrainian Priority Requirements List initiative, “BORLE”, which was launched last August.."RTL" lang="AR-SA"He added: "Russia is intensively targeting civilian energy infrastructure in Ukraine, and it seems that Russian President Vladimir Putin aims to make the winter as harsh as possible for Ukraine".

Germany – previously – financed one package of the Ukrainian Priority Requirements List (BURL) program worth 500 million euros for Kiev.
