The Lebanese President requests that an urgent complaint be submitted to the Security Council against Israel

The President of Lebanon, General Joseph Aoun, asked the Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raji, to assign Lebanon’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations to file an urgent complaint with the UN Security Council against Israel for building a concrete wall on the southern Lebanese border that crosses the Blue Line that was drawn after the Israeli withdrawal in 2000.

The Lebanese President indicated – according to the Lebanese Information Agency on Saturday – that the complaint be attached to the reports issued by the United Nations. Which refutes the Israeli denial of building the wall.
