Future Generations Library celebrates the 54th Union Day

Al Ain, November 17 / WAM / The Future Generations Library, one of the projects of the Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Association for Future Generations, celebrated, through the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Reading Program, yesterday the 54th Federation Day of the State, under the patronage of Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions.

70 members, including citizens and residents, in addition to supervisors, institution management, and volunteers, participated in the celebrations that were held in the Baraem of Knowledge, Knowledge Crown, and Emirates of Knowledge halls.

The Zayed Legacy Project team and members of the Immortal Imprint team also participated in the celebration, in performances presented by the Coffee and Coffee School and the Crafts Department at the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Centre, reflecting the diversity of society and the spirit of coexistence that characterizes the country.

The celebration included a speech by Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan on the occasion of the 54th Union Day, in which she emphasized the depth of the Emirati identity, the role of reading and knowledge in strengthening national belonging, and forming a conscious generation that is proud of its wise leadership and is proud of the country’s pioneering achievements in various fields.

The event witnessed wide participation in the traditional Al-Yawla segment, symbolic gifts were distributed to the participants, and souvenir photos were taken for them.

The celebration emphasized the vital role played by Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan’s institutions in spreading culture, consolidating national identity, and promoting authentic values ​​among new generations, through knowledge activities that link reading and belonging and celebrate the progress and leadership the UAE has achieved under its wise leadership.
