The Bar Association announces the date for withdrawing nomination files for unions in the first stage… and reveals the documents required for nomination
The Bar Association announced the start of withdrawing nomination files for the union elections for the first stage, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, through the designated offices at the headquarters of the River Club for Lawyers in Maadi, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, until the closing of the nomination period on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, except for Friday.
The first stage includes unions. Next: Luxor – Qena – Sohag – North Assiut – South Assiut – Minya – Beni Suef – Fayoum – New Valley – Red Sea – North Sinai – South Sinai – Ismailia – Port Said – Damietta – Menoufia – Kafr El-Sheikh – North Qalyubia – South Qalyubia.
The union also announces that the submission of nomination files for the first stage will take place from Saturday, November 22, 2025, until Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, except for the last day, when work extends until 5:00 pm.
First: The documents required to be submitted with the file. Candidacy
1 – A copy of the union’s ID card for the year 2025.
2 – A copy of the national ID card.
3 – A certificate issued by the Disciplinary Department stating the presence or absence of disciplinary rulings or decisions.
4 – A certificate of payment of the registration fee for the year 2025.
5 – A criminal case report addressed to the name of the committee supervising the elections.
6 – Brent Recent insurance from the General Syndicate.
7 – A certificate of movement from the Passport Department, as follows:
The candidate for the captain’s seat: for a period of 20 years.
The candidate for the members’ seat: for a period of 7 years.
The candidate for the youth seat: for a period of 5 years.
Second: Examination procedures Medical
The candidate receives a letter addressed to the Forensic Medicine Authority, which is located next to the South Cairo Court in the Zeinhom area in Sayyida Zeinab.
The medical examination procedure begins starting tomorrow, according to the numbers specified by the committee, from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
The medical examination fees are paid electronically (by visa) within the Forensic Medicine Authority before 3:30 pm, which is the time when the treasury closes, at The payment receipt must be attached to the nomination file.
The medical examinations will be sent directly to the General Syndicate as soon as they are completed.
Documents required when conducting the medical examination
A copy of the national ID card + the original for review.
A copy of the union’s passport for the year 2025 + the original for review.
A recent personal photo, size 4×6.
