The Emirates Writers and Writers Union participates with 310 publications in the 16th session of the Al Ain Book Festival

ABU DHABI, 22nd November, WAM / The Emirates Writers and Writers Union is participating in the sixteenth session of the Al Ain Book Festival 2025, with 310 various literary publications, as part of the festival’s activities, which is held under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, and organized by the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, during the period from 24 to 30 November, at Al Ain Square – Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.

This year, the festival continues to enhance its cultural message through a diverse program that celebrates wordsmiths and creativity, providing a platform that brings together writers and readers from various parts of the country.

In addition to the activities held at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, the festival’s activities extend to prominent cultural sites in the city of Al Ain, including Al Muwaiji Palace and a number of educational institutions, which contributes to spreading culture and expanding the circle of attendance and community interaction.

In this context, Sheikha Al Jabri, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of the Abu Dhabi Branch, said that the participation of the Emirates Writers and Writers Union in the Al Ain Book Festival comes as confirmation of our pivotal role in supporting the movement of writing and creativity in the country, and enhancing the presence of the Emirati writer in national cultural platforms.

The presence of the Emirates Writers and Writers Union at the festival confirms its continued commitment to supporting the Emirati cultural movement and highlighting national literary production, through its participation in a wide range of publications that reflect the diversity of the intellectual and literary scene in the country.
