المملكة: Jeddah Municipality increases its readiness for possible rains through 15 support centers
The Jeddah Governorate Municipality explained that, in response to reports received from The National Center of Meteorology, which indicates forecasts of rain during the current week, has begun activating Field plans and taking the necessary measures, by deploying teams and mechanisms, raising the level of readiness and coordinating with the relevant authorities.
Fully equipped readiness
The secretariat indicated that it will continue its preparations for the season by enhancing readiness in 15 support centers within 11 sub-municipalities, in addition to maintaining and cleaning the Existing rainwater drainage, and ensuring the readiness of pumps, equipment, and individuals to ensure rapid response.
The secretariat confirmed its continued follow-up to the alerts of the National Center of Meteorology and the Crisis and Disaster Management Center, in addition to activating awareness messages through its various official channels, to ensure the safety of residents and visitors, and to support the efforts of the competent authorities during rainfall.
