The Head of State receives a phone call from the Ugandan President, during which he affirms solidarity with the UAE following the Iranian attacks on its territory.

Abu Dhabi, 3 March / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, today received a phone call from His Excellency Yoweri Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, during which he affirmed his country’s solidarity with the UAE following the blatant Iranian attacks targeting its sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.

For his part, His Highness the President of the State expressed his thanks to His Excellency the Ugandan President for his country’s position in support of the UAE.

The two sides stressed the need to stop the escalation in the region and return to dialogue and diplomatic solutions in order to preserve regional security and stability.
