The United Nations condemns the Israeli incursion into the Damascus countryside
The Deputy Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Syria, Najat Rushdi, condemned in the Damascus countryside area, stressing that it constitutes a violation of the sovereignty of to neighboring areas in search of safety.

Rushdi reaffirmed the United Nations’ commitment to Syria’s sovereignty, unity, independence and territorial integrity, calling for an immediate cessation of such violations and full commitment to the 1974 Separation of Forces Agreement.
