Kuwait affirms its firm solidarity with the Palestinians in their right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state
The State of Kuwait affirmed its firm solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people in their legitimate struggle to obtain their inalienable rights, foremost of which is the right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state, on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs – in a statement issued today, Saturday, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People – renewed the historical and principled position of the State of Kuwait towards the Palestinian issue.. Explaining that the State of Kuwait salutes the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their just struggle, and condemns the continuation of illegal practices committed by the occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territory.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry called on The international community must assume its responsibilities and make efforts to end all the injustice and oppression that the Palestinian people are exposed to, and work to provide protection for them and their sanctities, support their steadfastness on their land, and provide them with justice.
