Al-Zeyoudi: Martyr’s Day is a national occasion in which we remember the sacrifices of the nation’s righteous martyrs
Abu Dhabi, 30 November / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, said that Martyr’s Day is a national occasion dear to our hearts, in which we remember the sacrifices of the nation’s righteous martyrs who provided the most wonderful examples of redemption, courage, and sacrifice in order to protect the nation, its elevation, preserve its capabilities, and keep its flag flying high.
He continued: “On this national occasion, I extend my highest greetings and appreciation to the families of the martyrs who presented the most wonderful images of patience and steadfastness, and to our valiant armed forces, the shield of the impregnable nation, and to its heroes who give the most precious and valuable to defend the security of the nation, its capabilities, and its sovereignty with all valor and sacrifice, asking the Almighty God to rest our martyrs in His vast mercy, to preserve the UAE as a beacon of peace and prosperity, and to maintain security for its people.” Security, stability and prosperity.”
He added: “The sacrifices of the nation’s martyrs remain an additional incentive for us to continue the process of work and dedication in order to enhance the UAE’s position among the best countries in the world, and to consolidate our unity and cohesion under the banner of our wise leadership to complete the process of achievements and build a more prosperous future for the beloved UAE and future generations.”
