Issa Baeissa is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Cement, succeeding Ahmed Al-Faleh.
Yesterday, the Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Cement Company approved the appointment of Dr. Issa Baeissa as Chairman of the Board of Directors, after accepting the resignation submitted by the Chairman of the Board, Eng. Ahmed Al-Falih yesterday, while remaining a member of the Council.
The company said in a statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading": The appointment of Ba’isa is effective from today 12-1-2025 until the end of the current session of the Council on 5-8-2027.
The Council approved the appointment of Dr. Issa Baeissa is a member of both the Executive Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
The Board decided to approve the appointment of Ayman Al Jaber as a member of the Board of Directors in the vacant position, provided that the appointment is effective from yesterday, until the end of the current Board session.
