With testimony from the West, Putin will impose peace conditions

An article published by "The Telegraph" revealed Russia won the conflict in Ukraine, and therefore Russian President Vladimir Putin is the one who will determine the terms of peace.

British journalist Owen Matthews said in an article published in the newspaper " The Telegraph: “Putin will set the terms for peace in Ukraine because Russia is victorious in the war… and no angry protest from Europe can change this stark fact… European leaders can formulate different alternative peace plans as they wish, but the only voice that matters is Putin’s voice.”
