The badminton team participates in the Asian Olympic Program in Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur, 3 December / WAM / The UAE Badminton Federation announced the participation of the national team trio, Abdulaziz Mohammed, Ghadeer Al Tahiri, and Futtaim Al Dhahouri, in the Asian Olympic Badminton Program, which is organized by the Asian Badminton Federation, starting today in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, and continuing until the 23rd of this month, with the participation of elite players from all over the continent.
The program includes a training camp held in the Selangor Badminton Federation hall, under the supervision of a specialized team, which presents a comprehensive program that combines technical, physical and analytical aspects, within the development methodology adopted in the Asian Olympic Project.
Noura Al Jasmi, President of the Emirates Badminton Federation, stressed the federation’s keenness to support male and female national team players to participate in the specialized programs by the Continental Federation, in which elite male and female players participate, and that comes before participating in future entitlements.
