The Saudi Industrial Development Company announced "sincerity" The results of the remaining offering and the allocation of priority rights shares, as the coverage percentage at the end of the remaining offering period reached 479.65%.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The number of shares sold is 5,420,329 shares.
She added that the total amount returned from the sale of unsubscribed shares: 63,126,244.57 riyals.
She reported that the fractional shares: 36,841 shares, with an average selling price of 11.65 riyals.
She explained that the net amount of compensation is attributable to owners of priority rights. The fractional shares amounted to 8,922,954.57 riyals.
It was stated that the date of depositing the shares in the shareholders’ accounts is December 7 of the current year.
