The Director General of Education in Jeddah Governorate, Manal Al-Lahibi, confirmed that improving Learning outcomes is a shared responsibility that requires institutional integration, stressing that Jeddah education possesses the human resources and professional capabilities that enable it to achieve a qualitative leap this year in school performance and student results.
She added that this year will be exceptional with the ambition, commitment and effort it brings in the educational field, to be the basis for national results that we are proud of and whose impact will continue. She thanked the managers of And school principals for the seriousness and belief they reflect in the mission of education.
This came during the second meeting of school principals and principals for the primary and middle levels, government and private, which was organized by the General Administration of Education in Jeddah Governorate today at the Waad Academy Theater, in the presence of assistants for educational affairs and services and a number of educational leaders.

The meeting continued with the presentation of specialized working papers that dealt with leading processes of evaluating cognitive and skill performance using applied tools that provide practical models to increase the accuracy of measurement and analysis of results.

The sessions also discussed the role of school leaders in improving learning outcomes according to the continuous improvement cycle (PDCA), and enhancing preparation for national and international tests, in addition to highlighting the role of student guidance in enhancing academic achievement through preventive, remedial, and developmental roles.
The meeting also included presenting models for building school improvement plans via digital platforms, with clarification of implementation and follow-up mechanisms and linking school practices to excellence support services, which contributes to achieving a tangible impact on learning outcomes and enhancing the quality of performance in Schools.
