Expected The National Center of Meteorology in its report on Weather condition Today, Thursday, in the regions of the Kingdom, precipitation Thunderstormsaccompanied by Active winds in parts of the regions of Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the northern borders.
It is not unlikely that fog will form in parts of those regions, as well as in parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, and Jazan regions.
The Red Sea
Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 10-28 km/hour in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly in the southern part at a speed 20-40 km/h, reaching 50 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Wave height: from half a meter to a meter in the northern and central parts, and from one to two meters in the southern part, reaching above two meters towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Sea condition: Light waves in the northern and central parts, and medium waves in the southern part reaching wavy towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Arabian Gulf
Surface winds: northerly to northwesterly, turning easterly to northeasterly in the evening in the southern part at a speed of 10-30 km/hour.
Wave height: from half a meter to one metre.
Sea state: light waves.
