Briton Norris is crowned Formula 1 world champion for the first time in its history in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, 7 December / WAM / British McLaren driver Lando Norris won the Formula 1 World Championship title for the first time in his history after coming third in the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix – Abu Dhabi 2025, today at Yas Marina Circuit.

Norris scored 423 points, leading the overall standings, while his Dutch rival, Max Verstappen, Red Bull driver, scored 421 points, leading the Abu Dhabi race, and Oscar Piastri, McLaren driver, scored 410 points, in second place in the race.
