Inflation in Kuwait rose by 2.39% last August on an annual basis

Show Kuwait Central Administration of Statistics, an increase in consumer price index numbers by (2.39%) at the end of last August On an annual basis.

The Statistics Department explained in a statement that The inflation rate in Kuwait rose last August by (0.07%) on a monthly basis compared to last July.

The rise in inflation on an annual basis was attributed to the increase in the prices of the main groups affecting the movement of index numbers, especially food, health, clothing, and education, with the exception of transportation.
