Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed witnesses part of the events of the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix
ABU DHABI, 7 December / WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, witnessed part of the activities of the 2025 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix, which is being held at the Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, where His Excellency toured the Paddock Club, during which he was briefed on a number of participating pavilions and interactive experiences provided by national entities and partners.
His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan stressed the importance of the race in consolidating Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global destination for major sporting events, and the effective platform it represents for promoting tourism and diversifying the economy, in addition to its role in building international strategic partnerships.
His Excellency praised the efforts of the organizers and strategic partners in making this global event a success, and the level of professional organization it reflects that enhances the emirate’s international presence and confirms its ability to host major sporting, tourism and entertainment events.
