Slovenia strongly condemned the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). in East Jerusalem, confiscating property and removing the United Nations flag.
The Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed – in a tweet on the “X” platform Today, Monday – that these measures constitute a violation of the sanctity of United Nations buildings and violate international legal obligations, calling on the Israeli occupation to fully respect international law, and to ensure the safety and protection of United Nations employees.
