Illegal.. Maduro launches a sharp attack on American intervention in Venezuela

US accusations against Maduro
For months, the administration of US President Donald Trump has been strengthening the US military presence in the Caribbean Sea and off the coast of Latin America, in order to combat drugs, while accusing the Venezuelan president of leading a smuggling cartel.
Caracas denies this, and accuses Washington of seeking regime change in Venezuela and controlling its oil reserves.
Since September, US forces have destroyed more than 20 boats suspected of being used in Drug trafficking in the Caribbean Sea and the eastern Pacific Ocean, with strikes that left 87 dead.
Maduro said: "No to interventionism, no to destabilization plans with the aim of changing regimes, so that the American government can focus on governing its country".
