The Egyptian Archery Federation holds its regular general assembly in the presence of 8 clubs
The Egyptian Bow and Arrow Federation, headed by Brigadier General Hani Hussein, held today the Federation’s regular general assembly, in the presence of representatives of 8 clubs and sports bodies who have the right to attend and vote.
The meeting witnessed the presence of the following clubs, The Army Vanguards Club, the Military Sports Foundation Club in Hayekstep, the Military Sports Foundation Club in Ismailia, the Police Union Club, the Wadi Degla Club, the Alexandria Hunting Club, the Republican Guard Equestrian Club, and the Fleet Vanguards Club.
During the meeting, the minutes of the previous General Assembly meeting No. 25 dated December 14, 2024 were approved. The Assembly also discussed and approved the Board of Directors’ report on its work for the year ending June 30. 2025, in addition to approving the activity plan for the new year and the auditor’s report.
The work of the General Assembly also included approving the budget and final account for the outgoing fiscal year and the draft budget for the next fiscal year.
In addition, the proposals submitted by the bodies were considered, and the authorization of the Board of Directors to determine the remuneration of the Executive Director and the Financial Director of the Federation and the appointment of the auditor and determine his remuneration was approved.
