Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidential Court, witnessed today the mass wedding of the people of the city of Abu Dhabi, which was held at Qasr Al Hosn, with the participation of 101 grooms.
His Highness extended his congratulations to the newlyweds and their families, wishing them a happy and stable family life, stressing that organizing this occasion comes within the framework of keenness to enhance community cohesion, support the stability of the Emirati family, and facilitate marriage for young people, which contributes to building a cohesive and strong society.
His Highness stressed that the sponsorship of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, for this group wedding, and his continuous support for community initiatives, embody the great care he attaches to the Emirati family as the nucleus of society, and his endeavor to consolidate the values ​​of solidarity and cohesion, and enhance family stability. This comes in light of His Highness’s directive to declare the year 2026 as the “Year of the Family,” in celebration of authentic Emirati values, and in confirmation of the pivotal role of the family in the national development process.

The mass wedding, which was organized by the Abu Dhabi Councils in the Office of Citizens and Community Affairs in the Presidential Office, in coordination with the “Madeem” initiative in the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, included a number of traditional performances and activities that included popular songs and reciting poems, in addition to an air show.
