Municipalities and Transport opens 16 new parks in the Al Shamkha area
Abu Dhabi, December 27 / WAM / The Department of Municipalities and Transport opened 16 new parks in the Al Shamkha area in Abu Dhabi as part of its strategy aimed at enhancing the quality of life, building vibrant communities, and providing modern, easily accessible public facilities. The parks include spacious green spaces, including eight fitness areas, 25 sports courts, and 26 comprehensive play areas designed for children, in addition to walking paths and seating areas.
Engineer Khalifa Abdullah Al Qamzi, Head of the Project Implementation Team for the Regions – Abu Dhabi in the Department of Municipalities and Transport, confirmed that the gardens were designed with utmost care with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of residents.
