The Head of State receives a written message from the President of Tanzania, delivered by Abdullah bin Zayed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a written message from the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Samia Hassan Suluhu, related to bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was received by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, when he met yesterday in Abu Dhabi with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania, Mahmoud Thabet Kumbo.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and paths of joint cooperation between the two countries in various sectors.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the visit of Mahmoud Thabet Kombo, stressing the distinguished relations between the two countries.

His Highness pointed out the UAE’s keenness to work with the United Republic of Tanzania to invest in available opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation, in a way that supports the development priorities of the two countries and brings goodness and prosperity to their people. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State.
