Regragui sets the date for Hakimi’s appearance in the nations of Africa

Moroccan national team coach Walid Regragui confirmed that the technical staff is waiting to bring in player Achraf Hakimi to avoid any complications.
He said: “We are waiting for the right time to include Hakimi. It is certain that he will be present in the second round, but throwing him in a strong match like Mali would have posed a danger to him. We must not take risks, and we will see whether he will start the next match or come on as a substitute. He wanted to participate, but his injury was severe and it is difficult to take any risks with him.”
The Lions coach continued: “Efficiency is always on the table, especially in high-level matches. We were hoping to get the sixth point to ensure early qualification, but the African Cup can only be won when everyone plays their assigned role.”
