South Africa.. Storms and winds cause power outages

Caused by Stormsand high winds wreak havoc on Electricityin South Africa, where nationwide power outages were reported.

Bloomberg News Agency, which published the news today, explained that the South African State Electricity Company confirmed that although the major disturbances in the Eastern Cape province had been largely addressed, the provinces of KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, and the Free State were still severely affected.

The company added that the adverse weather conditions put great pressure on response times, especially In areas that are difficult to reach due to flooding, damaged infrastructure, or unsafe terrain, emergency teams are working around the clock to restore power supplies safely and as quickly as possible.
