Hazem Al-Banna was appointed CEO of “Knowledge City”, succeeding “Mohamed Al-Mubarak”
The Board of Directors of the Knowledge Economic City Company decided to accept the request of the CEO, Mohammed bin Abdul Hamid Al-Mubarak, dated 12/1/2025 AD, regarding not renewing his employment contract with the company.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The Board of Directors decided to assign Engineer Hazem Al-Banna, Chief Operating Officer, to the duties of CEO of the company.
Engineer Hazem Al-Banna has professional experience spanning more than thirty years in the fields of real estate development, engineering consulting, contracting, and management through his work in a number of leading regional companies.
Engineer Hazem holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, in addition to a diploma in business administration.
