Details: Pakistani security thwarts a terrorist plot in Karachi

The Counter-terrorism of the police Pakistan succeeded in thwarting a major terrorist plot in the city of Karachi, the capital of Sindh province in the south of the country.
The unit explained in a statement today, Thursday, that during a surprise inspection operation, security forces succeeded in rescuing a minor girl who was being transported from the southwestern province of Balochistan to Karachi, to carry out a suicide attack on behalf of a banned terrorist organization.
It stated that during preliminary investigations, the girl revealed that she had been subjected to psychological manipulation and training by members of the organization. "Balochistan Liberation Army" Forbidden, as she was asked to go to Karachi and communicate with members of the organization, but her arrest prevented her from completing the mission, and she was not aware of the ultimate goal of the attack.
She also explained that members of the terrorist organization took advantage of her difficult family circumstances and the absence of her father, and gained her trust by showing false sympathy for her.
