As part of the initiatives of the President of the State… the opening of the Al Tallah Bridge and Street project in the Emirate of Ajman

As part of the initiatives of His Highness the President of the State, “may God protect him,” and under the supervision of the Committee to Follow Up the Implementation of the Initiatives of His Highness the President of the State, the Al Tallah Street development project was opened in the Emirate of Ajman, with a length of 3.2 km, including an 800-meter-long bridge on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and a 1,100-meter-long Al Hamidiya Bridge on Sheikh Zayed Road in Ajman, in addition to the opening of two traffic intersections under the bridge.

The development project falls within an integrated plan for sustainable improvement, and within the framework of continuous work to develop infrastructure and raise the efficiency of the road network in the Emirate of Ajman.

The project aims to reduce travel time to the targeted areas by 60%, and facilitate access to residential areas that include Mohammed bin Zayed City, Al Hamidiyah area, and Al Raqayeb, and vital facilities that include the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Hospital, which is being implemented, in addition to the Zayed Educational Complex in Mohammed bin Zayed City.

The development project includes the establishment of an integrated network for rainwater drainage, in addition to implementing traffic signals and lighting works, which contribute to enhancing traffic safety, improving the flow of movement, raising road efficiency, and supporting the readiness of the infrastructure to keep pace with the requirements of urban and developmental growth in the Emirate of Ajman.
