“Tihama” renews an exclusive distribution agreement with an international company until December 2028

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company announced that its subsidiary Tihama Distribution Company has completed the procedures for renewing the exclusive distribution agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The procedures included amending some contractual terms and conditions, in line with the company’s strategy and operational plans for the coming period.

The renewed agreement extends until December 2028, with a clause allowing automatic renewal in accordance with what is stipulated in the agreement.

The company expected that this renewal would reflect positively on the business continuity of the educational distribution sector, provided that any material financial impact – if any – would be included in the financial statements for the relevant periods.
