The One Billion Followers Summit monitors the future of content creation in the age of artificial intelligence
Dubai, January 9, 2026 – The fourth edition of the One Billion Followers Summit 2026, organized by the UAE Government Media Office under the slogan “Purposeful Content,” and whose activities kicked off today, confirmed its position as the largest global platform that brings together content makers, experts, and investors from various sectors.
The first day’s activities highlighted the future of content creation, and the role of technology, artificial intelligence, and digital currencies in empowering creators and expanding their influence on a global level, through practical experiences and inspiring models presented by international speakers.
In this context, Max Zaharenkov, travel influencer, filmmaker and producer, stressed the importance of his participation in the summit and presence in Dubai, pointing out that his professional experience started from passion and turned into a professional work path.
He explained that he has visited more than 100 countries around the world and currently resides in Dubai, stressing his love for the city and his aspiration to spend long periods of time there.
Zaharenkov said that what he is doing today was originally a hobby, and that whoever works in what he loves will not feel the burden of work, but will continue to create out of pleasure and the desire to develop, pointing out that maintaining curiosity and passion is what gives him the ability to continue and excel.
Zaharenkov sent a message to content creators and the audience in which he called on them to continuously learn and remain in a state of constant curiosity, stressing that commitment to daily learning, even in small steps, opens wide horizons for achieving successes.
He also stressed the importance of keeping up with developments in the field of artificial intelligence, pointing out that these technologies will not replace humans, but rather will be a supportive tool that helps them achieve their goals and develop their potential.
Zaharenkov discussed future prospects in light of the expected expansion of the adoption of digital currencies and financial technology in the coming years, explaining that the real challenge does not lie in the theoretical aspect as much as it lies in the practical application, pointing out that technical development has made many operations that used to take days now be completed within seconds, and that the most prominent advantages of this system are speed, security and ease of use.
For his part, Nick Bakren, an investment expert and one of the most prominent supporters of digital currencies and blockchain technologies, confirmed that his participation in the summit aims to expand his horizons outside the field of cryptocurrencies and communicate with content makers from multiple specializations.
Bakrin explained that the summit provides a unique opportunity to learn about how content makers employ social media platforms and their algorithms to deliver their messages and build their audience, considering that learning about the ways to use these tools to create influence is a rich and inspiring experience.
He pointed out that one of the most important motivations for his participation was direct communication with representatives of major platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, explaining that this opportunity is rare and gives content makers a direct understanding of what needs to be done to enhance their digital presence and develop their business.
He expressed his admiration for the size and diversity of the summit, stressing that what he saw differed from previous conferences in terms of the number of attendees and the multiplicity of platforms, activities and new ideas, in addition to the participation of content creators who have hundreds of millions of followers, which gives the event an exceptional global character.
