المملكة: Tuwaiq Sculpture Forum launches a number of artistic events, workshops and dialogues

Tuwaiq Sculpture Forum 2026 launched a number of Diverse cultural and artistic events, including workshops, lectures, advanced specialized courses, intellectual dialogues, and evening artistic experiences, are held in The Forum’s location is on Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz (Tahlia) Street, and will continue until February 22, 2026 AD, under the supervision of the Riyadh Art Program of the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh.
The activities accompanying the Forum are an extension of the live sculpture experience, which begins at ten in the morning every day and ends at five in the evening, as it provides the public with opportunities to interact with the participating artists and learn about Contemporary sculptural practices, and following up on the formation of artworks in the public space, so that the forum will continue to work after that, until ten in the evening every day, except Sunday.
Workshops and meetings related to visual identity
This version of the forum, and the accompanying activities, will be held under the slogan “Features of what will be,” which deals with sculpture as a model of transformation, and focuses on the physical and cultural changes that shape cities over time.
This vision is also reflected in the content of workshops and dialogues that explore the relationship between sculpture and public space, and the role of artistic work in shaping the collective memory and visual identity of the city.
The dialogue sessions address a number of topics related to sculpture in the contemporary urban landscape, including the presence of sculptures in public places, their impact on improving the quality of the visual landscape, and their role in enhancing cultural interaction within cities. Artists and specialists participate in these sessions, presenting multiple readings of the sculpture experience and its relationship to place and society.
Multaqa Programs
The program also includes a number of applied workshops and advanced courses, targeting various categories, and providing educational and interactive experiences that allow participants to learn about sculpting techniques, the use of materials, and concepts of sustainability, through practical artistic practices supervised by an elite group of artists participating in the forum.
During the evening periods, the Multaqa presents Tuwaiq Sculpture is a nightly artistic experience that includes musical and light elements and performances, allowing visitors to explore sculptural works in different atmospheres outside daylight hours, and contribute to expanding the scope of the artistic experience and enhancing the presence of art in daily urban life.
The program witnesses the presence of a number of partners to provide educational, cognitive and community activities, including the Apple Developers Academy, the King Salman International Academy for the Arabic Language, the Culinary Arts Authority, the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Werth), and the House of Culture as a cultural partner. In support of an interdisciplinary approach to learning and community engagement.
During the holy month of Ramadan, the Tuwaiq Sculpture Forum adopts a special evening schedule, in which its doors are open with modified times to suit the atmosphere of the holy month. The program includes practical workshops, story sessions, a Ramadan bazaar, and an evening market featuring local foods and handcrafted products.
The events conclude with a public exhibition that will be held from February 9 to 22. 2026 AD, displays the completed artworks produced during the live sculpture phase, in preparation for their subsequent inclusion in the permanent collection of artworks in the city of Riyadh.
It is noteworthy that all events are available free of charge to the public, provided that attendance at the workshops and dialogues requires prior registration via the designated electronic platforms, due to the limited seats.
