Lack of success accompanies Ajman in the attack

He said in press statements after the end of the match: “We had chances in the match and we did not take advantage of them. When the chances you get are wasted, you can concede goals. We are going through a state of failure in the attacking line, and we must make up for the points in the next rounds.” The “Orange” was ahead with Bilal Youssef’s goal in the 49th minute, and was on its way to emerge with the three points and stop the streak of three consecutive defeats, but its net conceded a goal in the minute (90+3), through Marcelo’s mediation. Filho, so the two parties shared the points, as “Orange” raised its score to 14 points in ninth place, while Al Dhafra raised its score to 16 points, advancing to seventh place.

Nasser said: “It was an important match for us, because the three points would have helped us in the second round of the tournament. We conceded a late goal due to simple details. We should have been fully focused throughout the match, and we should not have conceded goals in this way.”

On the other hand, Al Dhafra player Rayyan Yaslim described the point his team obtained as positive, and said: “We succeeded in obtaining a point because we did not perform at the level we expected. We came to face Ajman in order to win, and this is a legitimate right, but given the circumstances and the way we performed, the point is considered positive, because it is against a difficult and experienced team on its home field.”

He added: “The next is more difficult. We have a good balance of points, and we will focus in the second round, to get more of them. When you want to create a team, the most important thing is to focus and collect points, whether through a win or a draw.”
