“Central Bank”: Issuing government treasury bills worth 35 million dinars

The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that Issue No. 2105 (ISIN BH0009499037) of monthly government treasury bills issued on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The value of this issue is 35 million Bahraini dinars, for a maturity period of 182 days, beginning on January 25, 2026, and ending on July 26, 2026. The average interest rate on these notes reached 4.79%, compared to the interest rate of 5.00% for the previous issue dated December 21, 2025.

The average discount price was 97.634%, and the lowest participation price was accepted at 97.583%, noting that the issue was covered by 253%.

The outstanding balance of treasury bills with this issuance amounted to 2.110 billion Bahraini dinars.
