The start of the 12th stage competitions "Cumshot"

Abu Dhabi, January 21 / WAM / The thirteenth episode, and the first of the 12 stage in the twelfth season of the “Million’s Poet” program, resulted in the qualifications of the poets Abdul Majeed Saqr Al-Azza Al-Subaie and Muhammad Munawar Al-Nafaie, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and their arrival to the final stage, after each of them obtained 49 marks out of 50.
The 12th stage was also completed with the qualification of the poet Hamad Mohya Al-Aibani, from the State of Kuwait, after obtaining 82% in the total public vote and the jury score for the previous episode of the program produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority.
The scores of the other four poets participating in the episode were as follows: Eid Fuhaid Al-Shammari, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (48/50), Abdullah Muhammad Al-Ajmi, and Saleh Al-Barazi, from the State of Kuwait (47/50 each), and Walid Al-Bahih, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (47/50), to enter a week of voting, waiting for one of them to ascend to the final stage at the beginning of the next episode.
The evening’s competitions, presented by media figures Faisal Al Jassim and Salama Al Muhairi, took place in the presence of His Excellency Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, and His Excellency Mohammed Juma Al Mansouri, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Authority, along with members of the Advisory Committee Badr Safouq and Turki Al Muraikhi, and a large audience of fans of Nabati poetry.
The Kuwaiti poet and journalist Talal Al-Saeed was also a guest in a segment presented and interviewed by the poet and journalist Faisal Al-Adwani, where Al-Saeed recited two poems: One of them is a tribute to the UAE and its wise leadership, and the other is of a sentimental nature.
The episode, in which six poets presented their poems before the jury, was characterized by a high artistic level and a diversity of poetic experiences.
The jury, consisting of Dr. Sultan Al-Amimi, Dr. Ghassan Al-Hassan, and the poet Hamad Al-Saeed, chose to present the “Challenge of the Second Criterion” in a different way than the previous episodes. Each poet was asked to write three introductory verses that adhered to meter, rhyme, and meaning, with all contributions concluding with a unified verse by the guest poet, Talal Al-Saeed.
