A 6.4 magnitude earthquake off the coast of eastern Russia

Hit Earthquakewith a magnitude of (6.4) on the Richter scale today, off the coast of Kamchatka, far east of Russia.
The Unified Geophysical Research Authority of the Russian Academy of Sciences reported that the earthquake occurred (143) kilometers from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and at a depth of (59.4) kilometers.
It is reported that on July 30, 2025, a semi-" target="_blank">Kamchatka Island The strongest earthquake since 1952, measuring 8.8 on the Richter scale, and since then scientists have recorded aftershocks daily, without most of them being felt in populated areas.
