Fujairah Police achieved 99.46% in the index of reports submitted electronically

Fujairah, February 11 / WAM / The Fujairah Police General Command has achieved a qualitative achievement in the path of digital transformation, after recording a rate of 99.46% in the index of the percentage of reports submitted electronically, in a clear confirmation of the efficiency of its digital systems and the high level of customer awareness of using smart channels.
This achievement comes as a result of the development of digital police services at the Ministry of Interior, as reports are received through the “Police Station on Your Phone” application, in addition to the electronic channels “Online”, allowing customers to submit reports easily and quickly around the clock, without the need to visit police stations, while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, privacy and speed of response.
Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, confirmed that this progress reflects the success of the Fujairah Police strategy under the umbrella of the Ministry of Interior in promoting smart transformation, simplifying procedures, and improving customer experience, in line with the digital government’s directions, and in support of the goals of sustainability and raising the quality of life in society.
For his part, Brigadier General Dr. Ali Rashid bin Awash Al Yamahi, Director General of Police Operations, pointed out that the widespread reliance on electronic channels for submitting reports contributes to accelerating the security response, improving the efficiency of operations, reducing the time taken to provide the service, in addition to enhancing the technical readiness of the police system.
