Mohammed bin Rashid launches the “Limit Life” campaign

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, launched the “End Life” campaign on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. The campaign aims to save 5 million children under the age of five from death due to malnutrition and hunger worldwide.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” website: “Brothers and sisters, in a few days we will receive a generous month that is dear to us. As is our annual custom of launching a humanitarian Ramadan campaign from the people of the Emirates to the world, this month we are launching the “End of Life” campaign, which aims to save 5 million children under the age of five from death due to malnutrition and hunger..”

His Highness continued, saying: “Last year, more than 118 million children were exposed to malnutrition worldwide. According to estimates, 2.6 million children died of hunger.”

His Highness added: “It is neither our character nor our values ​​to hear such a human tragedy before the eyes of the world and do nothing. We are launching this campaign with a group of international organizations and our goal is to mobilize efforts to collect at least one billion dirhams locally and internationally to save five million children who are on the verge of life.”

His Highness concluded by saying: “May God protect our country… and our people… and grant us success in all good things… and in the month of giving, we gathered together for the best charitable deeds, ‘feeding food’ to the poor and needy.”
