Hazza bin Zayed reviews a number of development projects in the Al Ain region
Al Ain, February 17, WAM / His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain region, during a tour he took today in the region, was briefed on a number of strategic development projects being implemented, in addition to the projects scheduled to be launched during the years 2026 and 2027, as part of His Highness’ follow-up to the implementation of the comprehensive vision that aims to develop an integrated and sustainable living environment that enhances the quality of life and raises the level of services provided to citizens in the Al Ain region.
The tour included visits to new infrastructure projects, including lands allocated for the establishment of hotel projects and residential complexes that contribute to stimulating the investment movement and meeting the needs of urban growth witnessed in the Al Ain region.
During the tour, His Highness was briefed on plans to develop and maintain road networks, and cosmetic agriculture initiatives that enhance the urban landscape and elevate the aesthetic identity of the Al Ain region, in addition to community market projects that support local economic activities in the region.
The tour also included an overview of the Jimi Forest project and its related infrastructure works, in addition to the intersections that will be rehabilitated to improve the flow of traffic.
His Highness also reviewed the proposed model for Al Rawda Resort, the improvement works in Al Rawda Square, and the Jabal Al Naqfa project, in addition to a number of other sites that will be developed in the future.
During the tour, His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the importance of adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency in implementing these development projects, and accelerating the pace of completion according to the approved plans and timetables, in line with the directives of the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, aimed at continuing to consolidate the comprehensive development approach in the Al Ain region, providing the elements of a decent life for its people, and enabling them to achieve their aspirations. And their ambitions in various fields.
His Highness noted that continuing to implement development and development projects in the Al Ain region according to an integrated vision and a strategic partnership between the public and private sectors is a key element in achieving the goals of the sustainable development vision for the region, thus enhancing its position as a leading destination in various economic, social, cultural and tourism fields.
His Highness stressed that meeting the needs of citizens is at the top of the priorities of the wise leadership, stressing that caring for citizens and providing them with decent means of life represents the first pillar in the process of sustainable development witnessed by the Al Ain region in various sectors.
During the tour, His Highness was accompanied by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Excellency Rashid Musabah Al Munai, Director General of Al Ain City Municipality; And a number of officials from various sectors.
