Hamdan bin Zayed receives a delegation from the Department of Municipalities and Transport and reviews the most prominent developments in development projects in the Al Dhafra region
Al Dhafra, 26 February / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, received a delegation from the Department of Municipalities and Transport, headed by His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Shurafa, Head of the Department, at the Palm Palace, where His Highness was briefed on the most prominent development and service projects being implemented in the Al Dhafra Region, and future plans aimed at enhancing the quality of life and supporting the process of sustainable development in the region.
During the meeting, His Highness listened to a detailed explanation about the progress of work in infrastructure projects, and initiatives to develop municipal facilities and services and the transportation sector, in a way that contributes to meeting the needs of society and keeping pace with the urban and economic growth witnessed in the Al Dhafra region.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the importance of continuing to implement projects in accordance with the highest standards of quality, efficiency and sustainability, and in a way that reflects the vision of the wise leadership, and with the support and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, in achieving balanced development and providing an integrated environment that meets the aspirations of citizens and residents.
For his part, His Excellency Muhammad Ali Al-Sharafa and the officials expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Highness for his continuous support and keenness to follow up on the projects, stressing the continuation of work to enhance the services system and develop the infrastructure in line with the comprehensive development plans in the Al Dhafra region.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hazza bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Excellency Nasser Mohammed Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Court of the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, His Excellency Issa Hamad Bushhab, Advisor to His Highness the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, His Excellency Khadim Abdullah Al Darei, Advisor to the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, and His Excellency Muhammad Ali Al Mansouri, Director General of the Al Dhafra Region Municipality, Along with a number of officials.
