Urgent | 12 vehicles were destroyed. 15 people were killed after a cargo plane crashed in Bolivia
class "Hercules" belonging to the Bolivian Air Force, moments after it took off last night near the capital La Paz, causing damage to at least 12 vehicles on a highway, and killing at least 15 people, according to the chief of the fire department, Pavel Tovar.
