Shrapnel from an air interception sparks a fire in Jebel Ali Port… control is underway, without any casualties recorded

Dubai, 1st March / WAM / Dubai Civil Defense teams are beginning their efforts to control a fire that broke out on one of the docks of Jebel Ali Port, as a result of falling shrapnel resulting from air interception operations. The teams dealt with the incident immediately, without causing any casualties.

The Dubai Government Media Office stated that the competent authorities call on the public not to circulate video clips related to the Jebel Ali Port fire that occurred on July 7, 2021, as this includes publishing false images and information about the current incident, stressing that more reliable and updated information will be broadcast as soon as it is received.
